How to Add Category in Tenacious Sales - CRM?

In tenacious sales account you can add category of your products or services. You have to add all the category of your all products and services. To add and maintain records of your category you need to follow bellow steps:

  • Login to your tenacious sales account as admin or sales person
  • Go to Manage Items
  • Go to Categories
  • Category list will be open
  • Click on Add Category
  • Pop up will display in which you can write category of your service or product
  • Click on Save
  • Category will be added and will display in Categories list

You can manage records for your category from this list. In further tutorial we will go through other operations for category of your products and services.
